SCP 990, actual name (allegedly, he changes it often when bored) Tony Richards, is a man who apparently can either see the future, is from it, or both. He continually pops up to tell people how to avert the end of the world, and people have learned not to ignore this warnings. He's a nice enough guy, but he can get frustrated when no one's listening to him, and rather despondent or sharp tongued over matters. To be fair, lives are always on the line.
